Sweden Adventure Retreat

This is our first time exploring the beautiful place of Shambala Retreat Center in Sweden! This first time is specially for people that we have met already and have experience with cold exposure, so that we can explore the place together and dive deep without the need to explain the basics. For this retreat, we will spend 6 full days together + arrival and departure day This is not a Wim Hof Method retreat, so we are more free to share our own exercises that we have developed over the years.

What we will do:

The exact program depends on the weather, group, possibilities and flow. Some of the possibilities are:

• Cold exposure in the lake

• Hikes with and without clothes

• Sauna
