Wim Hof Method Travel in Poland - (experienced students only)

This winter travel is specially for students of us that are already very experienced in the WHM. Everybody has the basics already, so we will be easier diving deep. We won't teach so much more techniques, but create an environment in which you can grow more. And there will be plenty of cold experiences and

 ABOUT THE WEEK 

This special WHM travel experience is somewhere in between an adventure trip, a retreat and a holiday with friends. Its a gift to yourself and a beautiful way of connecting with yourself, nature and others. Expect awesome people from all around the world - you will breath, move, play, icebath, meditate, relax together and challenge yourself. The aim is to learn, grow and to have fun :)
